The main goal of mechanical pretreatment is removing of solid waste, sand, oil and grease from wastewater.

Grit separatorare desinged for cathing of waste like sand, glass, slags, etc.

Oil separators - of type CLARECO are designed for cathing and separation of oil substances(petroleum) coming from polluted wastewater.

Pollution sources:

–parking places, motor service stations

–petroleum station, warehouse iol products

–work houses, industry factories, etc.

Oil separators are devided into groups according the assembly, discharge, drainage area and effciency.

We offer the following separator range CLARECO:

  • Basic type: OS 2 - sedimentation chamber, coalescence filter, fibrooil filter – max. 4 mg/l;
  • Type with one adsorbent filter OS 2 SF – sedimentation chamber, coalescence filter, fibroil filter and sorbent filter – max. 0,5 mg/l;
  • Type with two sorbent filter OS 2 S2F – sedimentation chamber, coalescence filter, fibroil filter and two sorbent filter –max. 0,2 mg/l;
  • Type for big discharge : OS VP -5mg/l;
  • Type for big discharge and sorbent filter: OS VP -0.2 mg/l;

Technology description:

Oil separators are rectangular vessels contain several section zones. Wastewater inflows the sedimentation chamber through inlet pipe where the water suspended solids are settled uder gravitation forces. After this water comes into next section through coalescence filter and flows into separation zone. Here is a second coalescence filter and acumulative zone of separated products. Follows final treatment trought sorbent filter and treated water leaves separator trought outlet pipe.

Grease traps

Wastewater with higer content of greases from food industry, kitchens, restourants, etc. flows into grease traps befora biological teratment or discharge into sewege sysytem.

We offer wide range of rectangular, cylindrical and oval types for settling under or above ground, produced from polypropylene:

Cilindrical and rectangular types are designed for under ground settling as self-supported or with concrete around.
Oval type is designed for above ground settling over concrete base.
Description technology:

The waste water flows through an input pipe into the grease trap in which a cross barriers are assembled. This cross barriers helps to separate the rough pollutants from the water by sedimentation them on the bottom of the apart. The greases come to the surface of the liquid and after are being scraped out. Clean water leaves the installation through an output pipe.
